'The Enterprise Club entertained in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Darby at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.P. Black on Monday night. The ladies were all gowned in Dame Washington fashion and presented a quaint and pretty appearance. The house was profusely decorated with American flags. A literary and musical program interspersed with games provided an evening of diversified enjoyment. The patriotic colors were carried out in the menu, in flags in red, white, and blue waving in daintily dishes of ice cream, with delicious cake ornamented with national colored frosting. About forty guests were present. Mr. and Mrs. Darby, for whom the party was given, are leaving the city for a rural residence a few miles away. Mrs. Darby is president of the club.'
