This involved Storm and Lipton, developers wanting to change the zoning classification in the Deep Creek Mesa area (an area near Telluride, Colorado). The Telluride Master Plan would require the land to be re-zoned from an agricultural area to a residential zone, but this would affect Michael Xavian's nearby property adversely.
