Early 20th century African-American resident of Grand Junction, Colorado. She was born in Grand Junction to Dave Morris, a shoe shiner from Louisiana, and to Iona (Hines) Morris, a homemaker. Her grandmother was Nicey Hines of Kentucky. Census records show the family living at 1001 Ute Avenue in 1930. She as member of the Handy Chapel congregation, an African Methodist Episcopal Church.

Eileen O'Toole

Early Twentieth century resident of the Redlands in Mesa County. Her parents and family moved from Indiana in 1909. She grew up in a home that served as the first schoolhouse in the Redlands. Later served as a bookkeeper for the Colorado Producer's Coop, which her family's farm business belonged to.
