- Oscar Turner
- He was born in Huerfano County, Colorado to Nathan J. and Catherine Turner. In 1887, He moved with parents and siblings to the Mesa County, Colorado and Grand County, Utah area, where the family ranched near the Bookcliffs. Along with the Cunningham family and his brothers Albert and Charles, he became the owner of the Cisco Ranch. He married Dorothy Loretta (Smith) Turner in Salt Lake City in 1915.
