Banned Books week is a celebration of the freedom to read, draws attention to books that have been banned and challenged, and highlights persecuted individual. We at Mesa County Libraries are no friends of censorship, and encourage our patrons to read outside of your comfort zone by picking up a banned book and expand your world view!
