Former Vail Mayor, Kent Rose, shared a humorous narrative about a bath, champagne and water treatment effluent. Rose served as Town of Vail Public Works Director from 1972 to 1980. He also served on Vail Town Council from 1983 to 1991. Rose was named Mayor Pro Tem in 1985 and served as Mayor of the Town of Vail from 1987 to 1991.
